Patient Relations

Our mission is to deliver high quality health services to our beneficiaries. Our goal is to provide these services in a patient-focused environment that displays great respect for each person leading to enhanced patient satisfaction.

In order to ensure that we are meeting our patients needs we have established a Patient Relations Program. This program provides an avenue for patients to express their comments, concerns or compliments. There are Patient Relations Representatives for each department in each facility and they are each expected and empowered to take action in response to questions or suggestions.
