Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (closed on weekends and all federal holidays)
 
All initial routine GYN consults can be scheduled through the PSMAC - Puget Sound Military Appointing Center by calling: 1-800-404-4506.  Established patients may schedule follow-up care by contacting the clinic.  Please allow three business days for receipt of initial routine GYN consults.

From the front entrance, proceed directly past the Quarter Deck, down the main corridor to hallway 4.  The clerk's office is located just outside of the clinic door.  Upon check-in please have a seat in the waiting areas, adjacent to the clerk’s office, where a member of our team will greet you and escort you to your room for your appointment with the provider.
 
Scope of Care:
 
Available Dysplasia services include diagnosis and treatment of any abnormal PAP Smear.  Infertility services are available for testing and treating both you and your spouse.  Contraceptive services include education and counseling on contraceptive options for initiation of prescription contraceptives.  The clinic offers both short and long acting reversible contraception options including birth control pills, patches, Depo-Provera injections, as well as, placement, removal, and replacement of Nexplanon, Mirena Intrauterine Device (IUD), Paragard IUD, and Skyla IUD as desired based on safety and timing in cycle.  Contraceptive services are accessible by scheduled appointment or on a walk-in basis during specific clinic hours.  Please contact the clinic if you have any questions regarding services available and a member of the team will be glad to assist you.
