Navy College Program:

The Navy College Office, located in building 126, room 120, oversees the entire college education program aboard Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. They have partnered with four quality colleges that offer several Associates, Bachelor, and Masters degrees on base. These schools are Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Columbia College, Chapman University, and Skagit Valley College. All degree programs are open to all adults with base access. The Navy College Office also provides liaison services with the Naval War College, which offers their non-resident seminar programs to Officers in pay-grades O-3 to O-6.

Another component of the Navy College Program is the Navy College Learning Center which is free to active duty, adult family members, retirees, and their adult family members. This is a computer lab staffed with full time tutors. The Navy College Learning Center is a practical way to prepare for college entrance exams, ASVAB testing, as well as preparing for various other exams offered through the Navy College Offices' DANTES Testing Program.
