How do I get started with NHL Online?

Getting started with NHL Online is easy! Simply visit RelayHealth to sign up. Once you are registered, be sure to link your account with your provider.

Why do I need to link my account to my provider’s account?

Before you can set up secure communications with your provider, you must request that your account be linked to your provider’s account. This step allows your provider’s office to verify enrollment.

How will I know if I have a message waiting for me at this site?

You can check your messages by signing in to your password-protected Home page. Also, when a message is delivered to your personal inbox, the service immediately sends an e-mail to your preferred e-mail address notifying you of a waiting message and providing you a convenient link to this service.

Is my privacy protected?


Can I make an appointment through TOL?

Yes, you can! You can even sign up for email and/or text reminders.

Who is eligible for a TOL account?

Any DoD Beneficiary eligible for care, including active duty and retired service personnel and their qualified dependents.

Can I include my whole family under one account?

In order to protect the privacy of individuals, every family member over the age of 18 must have their own account. However, family member privileges based on family relationships established in DEERS allow an authorized family member the ability to manage appointments and prescription refills for other family members for whom they’ve been granted access.

How do I grant family members access to my TOL account?

You can give eligible family members access to your TOL account by clicking “Manage” on the Log In page. Privileges can be granted that allow spouses to manage appointing and prescription refill services on behalf of one another and dependent children using a single TOL account.
