OB/GYN Clinic

1. As deliveries now take place in a civilian hospital, the OB/GYN Clinic requires all patients to attend a class with HBA, OBGYN Nurse and Pediatric Nurse. Classes are offered every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 0900-1000 in the OB/GYN Clinic to help access to post-partum care and infant care FAQs. Everyone should plan to complete the class after 28 weeks. Information to be discussed includes pre-registration, newborn enrollment, breast pumps and well-baby visits. Call the OB/GYN clinic at 559-998-4207 to enroll.
2. If you are pregnant and greater than 20 weeks and experiencing any signs and symptoms of labor/contractions, please go to Central Valley General Hospital at 1025 N Douty St, Hanford, CA 93230. The phone number for labor and delivery is 559-537-1800. Any other questions or concerns can be directed to the OB/GYN Clinic at 559-998-4207.
We provide services for obstetrics (pregnancy) and gynecological concerns. Please contact your primary care (Hornet Health or Medical Home Port) for annual paps.
Nurses are available for questions regarding all areas of OB/GYN care. Please call the reception desk and your call will be transferred to a nurse. If you leave a message and your call will be returned within 48 business hours for non-emergent issues (i.e. prescription refills, appointment/referral assistance, medical questions).
Childbirth, Breastfeeding and Postpartum care booklets with web access are offered for OB patients beginning in their 28th week. Please ask your check-in nurse/corpsman.
