Are you registered for Tricare Online? Click on the Tricare Online link to make a routine or follow-up appointment, or register.
2) HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
For Primary Care (Family Medicine, Pediatrics and Internal Medicine), or Nutrition Services, are scheduled by calling 760-830-2752. For specialty appointments call below number:

3) HOW DO I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT
If you need to cancel your appointment in Primary Care or Nutition Services you can call 760-830-2369 or the appointment line at 760-830-2752 during business hours or send an email to NHTP-CAPC@med.navy.mil with the following information: Patient name, Clinic name and Date of Appointment/time and leave a good call back number or cell phone.

Some Specialty Clinics require a referral. Always ask your PCM if a Specialty
Clinic is needed to address your concerns.
HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF I AM ALREADY AT THE HOSPITAL?
Central Appointments offers customer support at their front counter. Central Appointments
is located in front of the TRICARE Services Center and adjacent to the
Mental Health Clinic.
WHAT INFORMATION IS NEEDED WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?
Sponsorís social security number, your name, home phone, work phone, home
address and any allergies to medications. It is important to keep your
information up-to-date to maintain proper communication with your PCM.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME OF THE DAY TO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT?
Hours of Operation for Central Appointments is 7:15 a.m.
through 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. High volume hours are
7:15 - 10 a.m. Please try calling later for physical and routine appointment.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MEDICAL ADVICE AFTER HOURS?
