Please arrive approximately 10 min before your appointment to fill out new patient paperwk OR print paperwork and fill out prior to arrival.

Who We See

All beneficiaries (active duty, retirees, and dependents). At times our access will be open only to active duty depending on staffing. We see outpatient orthopedics, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and provide some Mental Health Services.

What to Wear

Active duty- official Physical Training uniform; Dependents/retirees- comfortable, loose clothing with access to the area you are being treated for.
