MISSION
To provide a central location for conducting Remote/Overseas/Sea/Operational Screenings by a staff that is well trained in the transfer process.
The goal of the central location is to:
Reduce the number of members/beneficiaries early return due to transferring to commands that cannot accommodate their medical needs.
There is a TWO part process to the screening:
PART 1
As soon as you receive your orders/web orders, immediately start the process.
WALK-IN PRESCREENING

Our general duty corpsman will screen/review all the forms and medical records prior to booking a member/s for the next available appointment. Be advised that we do not require to see everybody for the prescreening. One person with all the forms, plus a copy of pcs orders, will do. Please refer to the cover sheet on forms section for all guidelines and requirements.
PART 2
Every member/s that has/have an appointment need/s to be present For the screening. After the screening, you will receive guidance from our Medical provider regarding the next step.
