      LT Terence Cusack

LT Terence Cusack currently serves as the Officer In Charge at Branch Health Clinic, Corry Station, Pensacola FL.

A native of Southern California, In January 2010, he accepted the Navy’s Health Services Collegiate Program Scholarship.

In 2012, he received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from University of California San Francisco and was commissioned a Lieutenant in the Medical Service Corps, then directly attended Officer Development School in Newport, RI. His first assignment was at the Joint Community Hospital, Fort Belvoir, VA; one of the first hospitals to come under the command of the Defense Health Agency. After a successful three year tour, he received orders to Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, CA where he reported as a staff pharmacist. During his tenure he served as the Interim-Department Head for 7 months, leading 70 pharmacists and technicians, of the main hospital, 5 branch clinics, and 7 Marine Centered Medical Homes.

From October 2017 to April 2018 he deployed to Kandahar Air Field Afghanistan and served as the Department Head of Pharmacy at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Multinational Medical Role 3 Hospital. During his deployment he served as the Chief Pharmacist in Southern Afghanistan, serving 8,500 Coalition forces and seven Role 2 trauma centers in the region.

Lieutenant Cusack’s personal decorations include: Joint Service Commendation (1 award), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2 awards), Army Achievement Medal (1 award), and various other campaign and service awards.
