Chaplain
Pastoral Care nurtures the spiritual health of patients and staff.  We provide grief counseling, religious resources, worship opportunities, educational programs, referral information and crisis intervention.  We have a Chapel at the hospital that is available 24/7 as a reflective space for meditation or prayer.

Customer Relations

Patients may contact our Customer Relations Department Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. at (850) 505-6785 if they would like to speak to a Customer Relations Represenative about their experience at Naval Hospital Pensacola or one of the Branch Clinics.  Each clinic also has a Department Customer Relations Representative that can assist patients as well. Patients may also complete on online ICE comment card at http://ice.disa.mil/index.cfm?fa=site&site_id=778&dep=DoD

Decedent Affairs
Services include coordination of autopsies, preparation of death certificates and advice for family members of patients who are eligible for benefits.

Fraud, Waste and Resource Abuse
An Inspector General investigator is located at the hospital.  Concerns can be submitted in person, by voicemail or email.

Health Benefits Office

The Health Benefits Office is available to assist beneficiaries with
questions about benefits or eligibility for care.  The Health Benefits
Office is located on the 2nd Floor of the outpatient clinic of NHP (near the
elevators) and is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.  (850) 505-6916

 

Medical Records
Military medical records are, by law, the property of the U.S. government and must remain in our facilities at ll times.  You may request a copy of your medical record or have your record transferred by visiting the Medical Records Department.  Please allow two to three weeks for copies.  If you are separating or retiring, please allow six to eight weeks.

PFAC
The Patient and Family Advisory Council serves as the leadership body that develops and implements the strategic plan in support of the Command's mission and the CO's vision concerning Patients and Family. 


Plans, Operations and Medical Intelligence (POMI)
Ensures the deployment readiness of assigned hospital and branch clinic active duty personnel.  Also provides administrative and logistical support to active duty deployments in support of global contingencies and national emergencies.

Red Cross Volunteers
Please call if you are interested in volunteering at the hospital.  Volunteers are located throughout the hospital and provide a valuable service to the hospital.

WIC

The Official WIC program is available to low to moderate income pregnant women, recently delivered women, breastfeeding women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk.
