2.  Watch the interactive video "The Lab" (Click Here To Open). 

3.  Read "On Being A Scientist" available at   (Click Here To Open).

4.  Read BUMEDINST 6500.3.

5.  Read BUMEDINST 3910.2.

6.  Read DODI 3210.7.

7.  Review NME SOP , see below under resources and complete the CITI training cited in document.

8.  Complete the RCR PowerPoint presentation (Click Here) upon completion, print, and submit a copy of the certificate to Carolyn Medina (Click Here To Email).

9.  Send an email to Carolyn Medina (Click Here To Email) attesting to completion of the items above. The body of email should include Name, Rank, Corps, and Service.
