Naval Medical Leader & Professional Development Command, (NML&PDC) located in Bethesda,  Maryland, is the hub for Navy Medicine's health services support professional development training and education mission, spanning the globe through collaborative relationships with more than 200 military and civilian activities. NML&PDC is an echelon four command, reporting to Naval Medical Forces Support Command, San Antonio, TX.

Council on Occupational Education

COE is the institutional accrediting body for the NMFSC AOR and is available for students and staff who have submitted issues through normal grievance channels but feel that their grievance is still unresolved. Please click the link for website.
