120120-N-CD652-002 GUANTANAMO BAY (Jan. 20, 2012) CAPT Richard Stoltz, Commanding Officer, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, congratulates Mrs. Monica Chronister after presenting her with a command letter of appreciation. Mrs. Chronister was recognized for her assistance to the hospital from August 2009-February 2012, as a lactation leader in the international LeLeche League. Compassionate about mother and child care she partnered with the local Women's Infants, Children (WIC) program, providing mother wellness and nursing classes to new mothers in the community.
