080401-N-8546L-034 PACIFIC OCEAN (April 1, 2008) Chief's coffee mugs hang in the chief�s mess aboard the amphibious command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) during the celebration of the 115th birthday of the chief petty officer rank. Each mug is personalized with a rating badge insignia and the chief's warfare designation. Blue Ridge, flagship for the U.S. 7th Fleet, is on a scheduled deployment.
