Kirra Tobias, from St. Croix, Virgin Islands, during Expeditionary Resuscitative Surgical System (ERSS) Team 12 casualty evacuation training aboard a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 263 (Reinforced) from the amphibious transport dock ship USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19).
