SAN ANTONIO, Texas - SAN ANTONIO (May 20, 2021) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Phillip Tinker gives Rear Adm. Tim Weber, Naval Medical Forces Pacific commander and director of the Navy's Medical Service Corps, a tour of the respiratory therapy training spaces at the Medical Education and Training Campus, during a visit. METC is a tri-service campus that offers 48 different programs of instruction to DoD students, including Hospital Corpsman Basic, also known as "A" school. Weber, who has oversight of Navy Medicine's eight medical research labs, was in the Lone Star State to attend the Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio change of command and meet with MSC officers.
