Shelley Perkins, NMCP's commanding officer, serves dessert as part of the NMCP holiday meal served to nearly 240 staff and patients. The menu included shrimp cocktail, New England clam chowder, roast turkey, ribeye, and ham, among other holiday classics like mashed potatoes, asparagus, glazed carrots and macaroni & cheese, with a dessert selection of assorted pies and cookies.
