SAN DIEGO (Aug. 25, 2023) Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command San Diego’s Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Spencer Tanner dashes to the finish line during the 2023 California Masters Criterium State Championship. NMRTC San Diego's mission is to prepare service members to deploy in support of operational forces, deliver high quality healthcare services and shape the future of military medicine through education, training and research.
