BILLINGS, Mont. - 230811-N-KC192-3068 BILLINGS, Mont. (Aug. 11, 2023) Rear Adm. Matthew Case, commander, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic (NMFL), observes an open heart surgery during an executive surgical immersion event at the Billings Clinic Hospital. Case attended the surgery as part of a multi-day Executive Engagement Visit (EEV), which consisted of engagements with corporate executives, government officials, education leaders, local media, veteran organizations, and civic groups in support of Navy Community Outreach.
