In this episode, Paul Ross travels to the Comprehensive Combat and Complex Casualty Care (C5) facility at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) to show the types of therapies our wounded warriors participate in on a daily basis. Paul joins the wounded warriors in a variety of therapies including an agility clinic, Pilates, yoga, boxing and a surf clinic. The episode also introduces some of the staff at NMCSD's C5 who are dedicated to the recovery of our Wounded, Ill and Injured Sailors and Marines.
