Cherry Point Clinic Farewells Three Sailors

Staff serving at Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point bid Fair Winds and Following Seas to three Corpsmen on Tuesday, March 31 as they departed for their next assignment in the U.S. Navy.

Hospital Corpsman Second Class Holly Bew was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for her service as Leading Petty Officer in the Human Resources Department.

Hospital Corpsman Second Class Cynthia Filpo Cepeda was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for her service in the clinic’s Human Resources and Ambulatory Surgery Departments.

Hospital Corpsman Second Class Victoria Synoground was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for her service as Leading Petty Officer in the Patient Administration Department. She also received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for being selected as the clinic’s Sailor of the Year for 2025.
