Lt. Cmdr. Stefen Petry head of Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Cherry Point’s Physical and Occupational Therapy departments, promoted to the rank during a ceremony on Monday, September 1, 2026.

In his role, Petry leads a team of Sailors and civilians responsible for assisting in the physical rehabilitation of injured Marines and Sailors stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, facilitating their return to full-duty status.
