Aerospace Experimental Psychologists (AEPs) conduct and manage research to leverage scientific evidence into new technologies, training development, systems design, and evidence-based policy recommendations. We provide computational, analytical, and empirical expertise to develop materiel and non-materiel solutions for the Navy and Marine Corps.
  • AEPs develop training systems to meet today’s requirements, and the architectures needed to support training systems of the future.
  • AEPs design weapons systems for human-systems interaction, habitability, maintainability, and survivability of equipment and platforms.
  • AEPs build and validate personnel selection systems to ensure individuals are matched with the right job and maintain high performance.
  • AEPs develop new technologies to optimize and enhance human performance.
