NMRTC Annapolis is located on Naval Support Activities Annapolis.  Our address is 695 Kinkaid Road, Annapolis, MD 21402.

Command Sponsorship
You will be assigned a command sponsor to assist in making your transfer as smooth as possible.  Once contacted, be sure to address any questions or concerns with your sponsor and maintain communications with them until your arrival.  If you have not received a command sponsor yet, please contact the command sponsor representative at 410-293-2020 or via email usn.annapolis.navhlthclinanmd.list.sponsor@health.mil.

Check-In Procedures
Checking into NMRTC Annapolis may be completed by reporting to the Administration Department in the main clinic located at 695 Kinkaid Road, Annapolis, MD 21401 during normal working hours (0730-1600) Monday-Friday.  After-hours check-in may be initiated by contacting the Command Duty Officer at 410-293-2091.  Uniform for Check-in is Service Dress Blues/Whites as appropriate.
