Video Project Management (VPM)

Responsible for managing all VI in-house and contracted programs.  Is the senior manager for BUMED wide audiovisual programs and resources to include policy and future resource development and implementation for highly complex/long term projects which typically have no established format or have existing obstacles to traditional approaches.  Plans for future agency-wide goals and technology requirements.  Coordinates inter/intra–agency projects with appropriate staff counterparts.  Manages BUMED special or high priority projects and programs and is a liaison for subordinate commands regarding BUMED distributed VI programs. Serves as VI's senior agency wide program manager for contracted, highly specialized and long term productions and serves as the Chief of Technical Review and participates as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in pre-selection and negotiation process.
