The clinic serves approximately 12,000-15,000 service members who rotate through training platforms at Camp Johnson including Marine Corps Combat Service Support Schools, Field Medical Training Battalion-East, and the Staff Non-Commissioned Officers Academy. Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point celebrated the Sailors and civilians of its Physical Therapy Team and their efforts to keep the “Warfighter in the Fight” aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point during October, 2025. According to the American Physical Therapy Association, October is designated as National Physical Therapy Month to raise awareness about the benefits of physical therapy and to highlight the role physical therapists and physical therapist assistants help people live healthier, more active lives. The clinic’s Physical Therapy team equips MCAS Cherry Point service members with knowledge and exercises to assist in their recovery from injuries and ensure their medical readiness.
