SAM HOUSTON, Texas (Dec. 8, 2021) Dr. John Simecek, the Director for Craniofacial Health and Restorative Medicine at Naval Medical Research Unit (NAMRU) San Antonio, assists with a presentation to Navy Medicine Training Support Center’s (NMTSC) triad and staff during a guided tour of NAMRU San Antonio’s facilities co-located with the U.S. Army’s Institute of Surgical Research. NMTSC is the Navy component command that provides administrative and operational control over Navy staff and students assigned to the Medical Education & Training Campus (METC) and other medical programs in the San Antonio area.
