PHILIPPINE SEA (March 4, 2022) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Alexis Rivera, from St. Marie, Md., assigned to the forward-deployed amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6), inserts an IV into a simulated casualty during a general quarters drill.
