Naval Hospital Bremerton is providing for all those in need, as well as offering the new COVID bivalent booster. There will be an annual shot exercise (SHOTEX) - for the mass influenza vaccination and COVID booster dose - held at Naval Base Kitsap Bangor Olympic Lanes bowling center [adjacent to the base recreational complex/fitness center], October 16-22, 2022, Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. The COVID bivalent booster is not a required vaccine, but is recommended by the Centers for Disease and Prevention (Official Navy photo by Douglas H Stutz, NHB/NMRTC Bremerton public affairs officer).
