SAN DIEGO (Aug. 3, 2023) Sailors attached to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) San Diego, prepare a simulation mannequin for transport during a Commander, Naval Installations Command’s (CNIC) annual all hazard exercise Citadel Rumble 2023. The CNIC annual all hazard exercise Citadel Rumble 2023 simulated a tsunami response requiring safe transport of six simulation mannequins from various departments in the hospital to a triage point. NMRTC San Diego's mission is to prepare service members to deploy in support of operational forces, deliver high quality healthcare services and shape the future of military medicine through education, training and research.
