U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Jacob Davila, a hospital corpsman with the Damage Control Resuscitation Team, 3d Medical Battalion, 3d Marine Logistics Group, leads medical training with Philippine Airmen with 582nd Aircraft Control and Warning Group, Philippine Marines with Marine Battalion Landing Team 8, and local emergency medical response teams during KAMANDAG 7 at Paredes Air Station, Philippines, Nov. 14, 2023. KAMANDAG is an annual Philippine Marine Corps and U.S. Marine Corps led exercise aimed at improving multilateral readiness, relationships, and mutual capabilities in the advancement of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific.
