POHNPEI, Micronesia (Dec. 18, 2023) Cmdr. Gale Goodlow, an anesthesiologist, carries a patient following surgery at Pohnpei State Hospital as part of Pacific Partnership 2024, Dec. 18, 2023. The successful surgery restored the patient's hearing.
