Remembering those who gave their all…When Secretary of the Navy Carlos Del Toro recently visited Navy Medicine Readiness Training Unit Everett’s clinic, he was drawn to the clinic’s namesake, Hospital Corpsman David R. Ray, reverently remembered on the quarterdeck.
