ATLANTIC OCEAN (April 25, 2024) Lt. Rebecca Smith an En-Route Care System critical care nurse (left) and Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Elisha Rodgers, a Search and Rescue Medical Technician, assigned to Fleet Surgical Team 4, complete a medical causality drill aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) April 25, 2024. Wasp is underway in the Atlantic Ocean and is the flagship of the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group (WSP ARG)-24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) completing integrated naval training.
