Navy Reservists with Expeditionary Medicine Unit Jacksonville, Florida, conduct a two-week annual training rotation at Fort Drum called Operation Commanding Force. The training culminated with an intense combat trauma care exercise outside the Bridgewater-Vaccaro Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), with 10th Mountain Division (LI) Soldiers, a Kentucky Army Reserve DUSTOFF crew, and Vermont National Guard medics with members of their sponsored unit from the Austrian Armed Forces, all participating in casualty evacuation, transport and medical aid operations.
