Command Master Chief Charles Hickey assigned to Navy Medicine Operational Training Command looks on as Senior Chief Nevilin Davis presents the outgoing commander, Capt. Kimberly P. Toone with her chief's vessel as she is made an honorary member of the NMOTC Chief's Mess during a change of command ceremony, Aug. 14. NMOTC as a command oversees six detachments and 12 training centers, with facilities in over 60 locations across the United States. These facilities support training programs in aviation, surface and undersea warfare, expeditionary forces, and special operations, providing medical training for the Navy, other U.S. armed forces, and allied nations.
