U.S. Navy Capt. Donna Poulin, assigned to U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, is presented the 2023 Capt. Joan Dooling Award “Information Professional Lifetime Achievement Award” by Dr. Michael McGinnis, the executive director for BUMED, at the 2024 Defense Health Information Technology Symposium in Dallas, Texas, Aug. 20, 2024.
