Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Lemoore Command Master Chief Eric Smith wears impairment goggles while participating the Naval Health Clinic Lemoore Health Promotions and Wellness committee and the Coalition of Sailors Against Destructive Decisions (CSADD) event. The committees organized an interactive demonstration using Nintendo's Mario Kart racing game and special goggles that simulate various blood alcohol levels.
