A QMAV is a fleet driven evaluation framework, aligned with the Fleet Health Integration Panel Cross-Functional Team 2, a group that utilizes experts from the fleet, region, military treatment facilities and Bureau of Medicine and Surgery to ensure quality health care is being provided in the operational environment.
