SAN DIEGO (June 17, 2025) Naval Health Research Center’s (NHRC) departing commanding officer Capt. Eric R. Welsh (left) is presented with his merit award during the change of command ceremony by the presiding officer, Capt. Franca R. Jones, Naval Medical Research Command’s commander (right). Capt. Welsh’s next tour will be at NMRC, where he will relieve Capt. Jones.
