Hawkins, Commander of Naval Medical Forces Atlantic and Director, Defense Health Network (DHN) Atlantic in Portsmouth, Virginia, held authority over the change of command at Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Patuxent River. Hawkins presents Captain Jeremy J. Hawker with the Legion of Merit Award in recognition of Hawker's exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements.
