Chief Petty Officer Carmello Dixon, center, receives his Chief Petty Officer Cap during a ceremony held Tuesday, September 16, 2025 aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Dixon and six other Sailors promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer while two Marines earned the honorary title.
