Dili, Timor-Leste (Sept. 23, 2025) - Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Lauryn Baltrip, assigned to Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Cincinnati (LCS 20), demonstrates lifesaving techniques to Timor-Leste Defense Forces (F-FDTL) first responders during a tactical combat casualty course as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Timor-Leste 2025 at Port Hera Naval Base, in Dili, Timor-Leste Sept. 23, 2025.
