SAN DIEGO (Oct. 16, 2025) – Rear Adm. Kevin Brown, commander of Naval Medical Forces Pacific, and Capt. Shannan Rotruck, executive officer of Expeditionary Medical Facility 150-Bravo, greet Capt. Jonas Carmichael, officer-in-charge of Navy Expeditionary Medical Unit 10 Gulf (EMU-10G), after the unit’s arrival at San Diego International Airport.
