JOGASHIMA PARK, Japan (Nov. 9, 2025) — Lt. Cmdr. Philip Castrovinci, the lead medical officer from U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Yokosuka for Big Rescue Kanagawa 2025, attends a pre-drill briefing with U.S. and Japanese exercise leaders.
