251201-N-OV429-1002 KITTERY, Maine (Dec 2025) – KITTERY, Maine (Dec. 2025) – As part of the seamless interoperability between the Defense Health Agency and Navy Medicine, Lt. Jacob Springer and Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Tyler Vartuli review medical records at Naval Branch Health Clinic (NBHC) Portsmouth. These Navy Medicine providers, assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) New England, work within the DHA-supported clinic to ensure the total medical readiness of Sailors and civilians supporting the submarine force.
