U.S. Marines and Sailors with 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, 1st Marine Division, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB), and AeroCare Headquarters pose for a group photo after a simulated medical evacuation in Yuma, Ariz., Feb. 7, 2026.
