BETHESDA, Md. (Apr. 2, 2026) Capt. Jeffrey J. Klinger, outgoing commanding officer, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Bethesda, is awarded the Legion of Merit by Rear Adm. Robert J. Hawkins, commander, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic and director, Defense Health Network Atlantic during a combined change of command and retirement ceremony, at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Apr. 2, 2026.
