Rear Adm. Benjamin Nicholson, command, Military Sealift Command addresses the attendees of the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) change of command ceremony at the Island Club, on Naval Air Station North Island, today. The MTF welcomes their new commanding officer, Capt. Damian Storz, who assumes command from Capt. Charles Dickerson, who served as the MTF commanding officer since 2024.
