AGANA HEIGHTS (March 27, 2026) – Capt. James G. Demitrack, the new commanding officer of U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Guam, gives remarks thanking his family and addressing the hospital team during a change of command ceremony March 27. During the ceremony, Capt. Joel M. Schofer officially relinquished leadership of the command to Demitrack, who also becomes the director of U.S. Naval Hospital Guam.
